“I approached Cobra Manufacturing with the goal to redesign and develop our cooking racks. The aim was to see an increase on through put when compared to energy used to cook the products we make, whilst simultaneously improving on the food safety design aspect. Matt, and the whole team came back with several different options and, whilst working closely together, a design came that increased our throughput per cook by almost 10%, meaning that we can now produce more, or switch ovens off sooner saving more energy. When inspecting the racks, the quality of the fabrication was great. Their in-house team found any small defects that may have caused bacterial harborage points and corrected them before delivery. They even went to the trouble of showing me some before and after repairs, making them a more hygienic build. Overall working with Cobra has been stress and hassle free.”
